Just wowed by every heartfelt song performance she made throughout the competition: "You Made Me Feel Like A Natural Woman", "Get Me Bodied", "It Doesn't Matter Anymore", "The Prayer", "Love You I Do", "I Will Always Love You", "Turn the Beat Around", "Everybody Has a Dream", "Sweet Dreams", "Like a Prayer"/ "Borderline"/ "Express Yourself", "How Will I Know", "I Knew You Were Waiting For Me", "Stuttering", "What Doesn't Kill You (Makes You Stronger)", "Fallin", "Try A Little Tenderness", "Bohemian Rhapsody", and "Dance with My Father".
With the recently concluded American Idol Top 5, Jessica remains to be a strong competitor and proves to be one of the crowds favorite by not being in the bottom 3. She was safe along with the other contestants namely; Phillip Phillips, Joshua Ledet, Hollie Cavanagh and Skylar Laine. A lot praised her performance of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody but there were some who think otherwise. Well, no one can please everyone. It's a hard fact.

Win or lose, everyone is already a winner. Just reaching the top 5 is already a huge accomplishment. We will always be proud that a "kababayan" made that far in a prestigious international competition. And with the Lord's grace, she might come up to be the ultimate winner. Anything is possible with Him. Good luck and more power, Jessica. Yahweh bless.
I'm not watching Idol this season, but I've heard Jessica is a favorite. You are right--win or lose she is already a winner (and at such a young age she will go far!)
ReplyDeleteCheers, Jenn
She sounds like Ella Mae Saison to me. Hope she wins. :)
ReplyDeletenow a days who need american Idol when you can show case your skills on youtube.
ReplyDeleteI saw Jessica Sanchez perform Stuttering on Tv. Super talented :) I hope she wins Ai :)
ReplyDeleteI don't really watch americal idol. She is a beauty thou. Stopping by via our group "FOR BLOGGERS WHERE EVERYONE IS ADMIN" Please feel free to stop by my blog scatteredmusings.net and say hello. Ps. I've followed your blog in all the social networks we have in common.
ReplyDeleteI'm one of the very few Pinoys who is not following her career. I just wish people would vote for her because of her talent, not because she's part-Pinoy. From what I've heard, she's got the talent, got the looks, and is very young. She has a bright future ahead of her.
ReplyDeletei'm not really a fan of American Idol but I have seen Jessica's video on my friend's Facebook feeds. she's good.
ReplyDeleteam never really fond of watching am-idol but really i'm so much hoping that she gets a notch on top. i heard she really sings and performs well. truly a pride of our country indeed:)

ReplyDeleteI'm not an avid viewer of American Idol either because I'm really not into TV these days.. But, I've heard of Jessica in my friends' blogs as well and yep, I do watch her video s too.
ReplyDeleteHer voice is just uh-mazing!
Akon even wants her out of the competition because she's over qualified and want to sign her.. and my, she's only 16! Truly blessed of the talent that she have!
I don't get to watch American Idol myself as I don't have cable channels at home (by choice) but Jessica's name is all over the TV and internet making her an instant celebrity even before she could prove it to the world. Her set of pipes is simply amazing.
ReplyDeleteWOOHOO!!! Jessica all the way to the top. ^_^
ReplyDeleteI got to watch a few of her performances on TV and I'm at awe at her singing prowess. ^_^
